However, it takes a long time to receive the finished product and communication about where your project is in the process is poor. There is no way of tracking the progress or the package. If you're ordering for a gift - plan to order it 2 months before you want it.

Beautiful depiction of my boy Soleil. The artwork was comparable to the first two canvases that I had done of my Goldens which I could not say for the one before this last one. It was not nearly as realistic.

I really appreciate how hard they worked with me to get the color right, but they were very responsive and tried hard to make sure I was satisfied, which I was!
The canvas painting is going to look great in my hallway, and I plan to add more of my other dogs.
The one thing I'm disappointed in is the look of my dog. She's AKC registered and very "typey", but they elongated the hair on her ears and muzzle, making her looked mixed. It's still cute, that's one thing I wish was different.

This is the 4th portrait we have ordered and all were awesome.
Having said that, in the last to orders asked for them to apply the 20% off, that was given to us and confirm.
No confirmation and twice they didn't take the 20% off from each art work.

I love the final product but ordering is not easy and difficult to get a reply to simple questions. It’s difficult to change to the size you want when ordering I always have to send a separate note. I kept asking if I had an order pending. Never got an answer so I ordered again. If I get two I’ll return one. To quote Peter sellers: it’s not my dog! It’s a gift.

The dog came out great but the background was her in the snow peeping thru the evergreens. When sent the preview I didn't like background and said what the background was but the finished back ground was more blue and beachy looking

After four purchases, I was sorely disappointed with my last order given as a gift - the watercolor looked like it was not completed - as if the colors were not blended together. I even inquired about the result but never received a response and then my gift was sent out. While the recipient was happy (they know no better), I was not because the watercolor was not a true watercolor.
